Açaí Bowl & Crunchy Nuts Organic Granola

Acai bowls are a great summer recipe to enjoy for breakfast and is ready within 5 minutes!

  • 100g Frozen açaí (we use The Holy Berry)
  • 1 Banana 
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Bamboo Crunchy Nuts Organic Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Blueberries

Add the frozen acai, ½ banana and 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt to your blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.

Top up the bowl with as many of your favorites such as banana slices, our Crunchy Nuts Organic Granola, blueberries, coconut flakes and a spoon of coconut yogurt. Enjoy immediately!  

 

Good to know :

The acai berry is a small purple fruit. It comes from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America. It tastes like a combination of wild berries and chocolate. We love using the frozen acai from The Holy Berry, easy to use and to find @delhaize.
