Coco Tangerine Chia Pudding

Hello November ! We’re seriously getting into fall season, but it doesn’t mean we should give up on fresh, exotic flavors. We asked Sasha & Kenya (co-founders of your future favorite eatery in Brussels: Seven) to create a breakfast recipe with mandarins and they mixed it with… coconut! Get ready for a delicious and fresh autumn morning treat 🍊 Here’s the full recipe: 

You'll need

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 250 ml coconut milk or yogurt
  • 1 tangerine
  • Our Crispy Coconut Granola
  • Coconut powder & chips
  • Extra : mint leaves

Recipe

Prepare the chia pudding the day before, or at least one hour before. Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk, or yogurt if you want to make it creamier. Let it rest in the fridge. 

Serve the pudding in a bowl and top up with tangerine slices, coconut powder & chips, Crispy Coconut Granola and a few mint leaves.
