Roasted Peaches & Yogurt Granola Bowl

Thank god for summer fruits! To celebrate the infinite new ways of enjoying granola in the summer, we asked our foodie friend @foodyoli to share her favorite quick & easy recipes with us. Her favorite seasonal treat : the Roasted Peaches & Yogurt Granola Bowl 🍑

You’ll need

  • Ripe peaches
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Agave syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Our Caramelized Almonds & Pecans Granola
  • Fresh mint for decoration


Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the peaches in quarters and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle generously with agave syrup and a touch of cinnamon. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and caramelized. Serve the peaches with Greek yogurt, granola, a drizzle of agave syrup and a mint leaf as the finishing touch. Enjoy 👌
