Marie’s Morning Granola Porridge
Oatmeal inspiration brought to you by Marie from the Bamboo team👌 Being a super active mum of two boys, her family breakfast has to be quick to make, very nourishing, but also a delicious moment to share all together.


You'll need
- 1 volume of Rolled oats
- 2 volumes of Oat milk
- Raisins
- Chia seeds
- Peanut butter
- Cinnamon
- Agave syrup
- Bamboo granola for the crunch
Recipe
Place oat milk, rolled oats, a handful of raisins and one tablespoon of chia seeds in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer on medium to low heat. Stir to combine. Let simmer for about 3-4 minutes, until the milk is just absorbed and the porridge has thickened. Serve in bowls with peanut butter, a hint of cinnamon, a drizzle of agave syrup and your favorite Bamboo Granola (Marie went for the Peanut Butter Apple). Enjoy your breakfast!
