Copenhagen
A few months ago we went on a breakfast tasting trip to Copenhagen and man, oh man, we fell in love with this beautiful city! From the moment we set foot, it was clear that Copenhagen takes its breakfast scene seriously. Each spot we visited had its own unique charm and character, blending the old-world charm with modern twists. Imagine sitting in a sunlit corner of a once-abandoned warehouse, now filled with the smell of freshly baked bread and brewed coffee. The rustic wooden tables, adorned with wildflowers in mason jars, create an atmosphere so welcoming that you feel like you’re in a friend’s kitchen.
The food itself was a revelation. We indulged in dishes that celebrated simplicity and freshness—fluffy scrambled eggs with herbs from the garden, creamy whipped butter spread on thick slices of fresh sourdough toast, and yogurt parfaits topped with homemade granola and seasonal fruits.
We left with our hearts full, our taste buds satisfied, and a newfound appreciation for the Danish way of cooking.

Great for aperitifs with natural wines. The area surrounding H15 is fantastic, filled with old warehouses that have been converted into trendy breweries and restaurants. It's worth visiting just to experience the vibrant atmosphere. H15 itself is known for its relaxed vibe and excellent selection of natural wines, making it a perfect spot for a casual drink.
Perfect for aperitifs. Pompette offers a carefully curated selection of natural wines alongside simple yet delicious dishes such as ricotta, coppa, olives, and sourdough bread with olive oil. Not to be missed! La Banchina is a small restaurant located on the water's edge, providing a serene and picturesque setting. It's a popular spot where people gather on the small docks to relax and swim. We spent two wonderful hours here before catching our flight, enjoying their fish burger, pastries, and iced latte, all of which were fantastic. The laid-back atmosphere and beautiful view of the water make it an ideal spot to chill out and enjoy good food and drinks.
