Apple-Pear Granola Crumble

Apple crumble is an all time classic and we absolutely love it, so we asked our talented friend & chef @foodyoli to make us a Bamboo version. A lighter, plant-based version without any refined sugar, eggs or butter, but equally delicious. And guess what? She nailed it! Absolutely crunchy, with warm cinnamon notes, her granola crumble is perfect for an afternoon snack or dessert.

You'll need

  • Apples & pears
  • Agave syrup
  • Our Crispy Coconut Granola
  • One ripe banana
  • Cinnamon

Recipe

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Peel the apples & pears and cut them into small pieces of approximately 2 centimeters. In a bowl, smash the banana with a fork and mix with the granola until well combined. Place the apple & pear pieces in a baking dish and drizzle with agave syrup. Spread the Granola-banana mix evenly on top. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden. Serve with a hint of cinnamon and enjoy!
